| Introduction | We are a Catholic homeschooling family living in rural/suburban Western New York. My husband and I have 4 children and a chocolate lab. We have big dreams of homesteading on acreage with animals and huge gardens. Or maybe starting a small sustainable farm. Or maybe moving to Alaska and going off grid. We're not totally sure yet! What we do know, however, is that we're working gradually to become more self-sufficient and going back to basics. |
