Introduction	We are Erica Ward and Ben Mason and we are skeptics. We are two pretty average twenty-somethings living in Baltimore, MD. Erica works as a server in a local cafe/restaurant (3 pm - 12 am), and Ben works a 9-5 desk job. With our differing schedules and social lives, we hadn't given much thought to what we were eating: but in the back of our minds we knew we could be doing better. Ben used to be able to eat whatever he liked, but after college he started to gain weight. Erica has always had to watch herself, as she is "dangerously close to becoming a meatball," or so she says. We are disparate heights, and show weight differently, but we both reached a point recently where we knew we had to change. We hope you'll enjoy watching our Paleo journey as it unfolds over the next thirty days.
