| Introduction | It was not until I had to live on my own during college that I started to appreciate the art of cooking. Well, back in college there was not much "art" but more of what I can buy cheap and what I can cook quickly. Most of you are probably thinking Cup 'o Noodles, but no, I did much better than that! It was from those four liberating years that started my desire to cook fresh and delicious food, and I happily carried it into adulthood. Now living away from home and with a husband to cook for, I am always trying to find something new. Sometimes my ideas are from food blogs, recipe books, and my Mom, and other times (rarely) I get adventurous and create something entirely from scratch. It is fun each time, especially when my husband is busy chomping away and can only give me two big thumbs up of approval. Along with cooking, fine dining by many of the talented chefs and great restaurants out there is another favorite thing I enjoy. Join me as I cook, and... bite! |
