Introduction	Im absolutely horrified at what Etsy has become! Between the rampant narcissism, the over the top reactions, and the crap engineers, I have had enough! I too was hoping that the new COO would straighten things out, but it looks like that's not happening anytime soon. Etsy is full of employees who do not know the basics of customer service, and it leaks down right from the top! Rob Kalin sounds more and more like he's on drugs, rather than living in the real world and listening to his site's users. The more I learn about the inside of Etsy, the more I want to run away.
