| Introduction | I started this blog because I had a lot of people from Facebook emailing me asking what I do to lose weight. I have four boys, a husband, and a dog at home. They all keep me on my toes along with a full-time job. I spent a lot of time being 'comfortable' and settling. I decided that this year turning 40 was a big deal and it was time to make some changes. My physical, emotional, and career are all on my list of things to improve. I also love to cook. I will share a little bit of all this with whoever pops in and visits my page. I hope you enjoy, and I look forward to seeing any feedback you may have.
