| Introduction | I became a haberdasher by accident when I woke up one day in 2009 and could no longer do the job I had loved doing for the previous 20+ years, wanting to share my knowledge and skills I opened Halfpenny Home Haberdashery - a place where eager 'make do and menders' and 'crafty types' could find vintage notions, fabrics and other hard to find items! I still have my allotment and ride my bike - I just do it all a little bit more slowly and with a limp but the chickens don't care... |
