| Introduction | From nanny-state socialists who would control every aspect of life through giant government, to misguided environmental alarmists who believe they've finally found the 'cure for capitalism', to moonbat peaceniks who would appease, surrender and kowtow to every third world thug and terrorist just to avoid a fight. Since at least the 60's, the Left has been reinterpreting, deconstructing and assaulting the traditions and institutions that have made this country exceptional. This seems primarily due to some inexplicable sense of guilt for America's success, but there are also probably deeper psychological reasons that go beyond our pay grade to explain.
Nevertheless, here we attempt to chronicle these trends through news stories and commentary. We don't take ourselves too seriously; but we take the Left, career politicians, those who forget The Constitution, and anyone who tells you how to live your life even less seriously. Label us Libertarian if that works for you. All viewpoints and comments are welcome, but we reserve the right to delete offensive or otherwise pointless ones. |
