| Introduction | I'm a no-nonsense mom with two little girls, a tight budget and no time to waste.In 2008, I seized the opportunity to showcase my creative talents as a participant on the hit television series, “100 mile challenge” which was produced by Paperny films and aired on the Food Network in 2009. I've appeared on Breakfast Television, Urban Rush, Global News and CBC radio. I've also done interviewes for the Vancouver Sun and Province newspapers and had some of my recipes published in the Food Sections of both papers. I continued my promotional work for the film into the international market and appeared on the France 3 television series, “Faut Pas Rever.” I've also been interviewed via Pod cast by the owner of internet based, HealthCastle.com. I've currently written two unique cookbooks…one of which was inspired from my experience working on the 100 mile challenge. |
| Interests | I have a passion for all things creative and was educated in interior design at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I love to cook, garden, budget...yes that's right I love to budget! And of course there is nothing I like more than spending an active day oustside with my family. |
