| Introduction | I create abstract acrylic paintings of various textures with themes resembling ancient frescoes and aged wall fragments, with heavily distressed surfaces. Botanicals, henna tattoo designs, and Eastern motifs are new themes. I use archival acrylic mediums to achieve crackle effects and artist molding paste to add texture and build up layers of color. Fluid acrylics allow me to achieve watercolor effects. Metallic iridescent and interference paints give a wonderful glow. Commissions available. |
