| Introduction | I work for Ideal Bodies Online, an online Personal Training Company that helped me lose over 20kg to transform not only my body, but my whole life! Having recently competed in both the INBA and ANB Novice Figure competitions (a massive goal), I am now working towards improving my physique for the next season.
