| Introduction | Born in Fall River, Mass I am the youngest son in a family of 14 children. I first began singing and playing the guitar when I was about 7 years old. The guitar was a Harmony and it was purchased with my own money. My brother, Kenny was a large influence on me, always encouraging me to sing. In 1965 I tried out for the Ted Mack, ametueur hour and was selected, but as fate would have it the timing was not meant to be and I did not pursue this opportunity. |
