Central air conditioning keeps house cool in summer and gas heat is energy efficient in winter. There is a laundry w/large sink in basement. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a full hall bath. Throughout the house there are large, 10” deep, screened windows. This house is wired for FIOS. Outside boasts a corner yard lined with flowerbeds and shrubs. A convenient indoor switch illuminates the porch and side yard at night. In the back there is a patio for outside dining. The front porch is deep enough for comfy chairs. There are two white roll-down shades to block the sun and keep the porch cool on summer evenings.
