| Introduction | My parents are Iranian but i was born and raised in Australia and have never been to Iran. Now i am living and working in Afghanistan, where they speak the same language as the Iranians (close enough, anwyay) and have some cultural similarities - so its pretty trippy to be here, for more reasons than one! Its almost like experiencing my heritage through the back door! I met a random Afghan person in an internet cafe today who told me i should start blogging about my experience here, that i should share 'Afghanistan through the eyes of an Iranian/Australian' with the rest of the world...so here i am...thanks for stopping by... |
