Introduction	I am one of the owners of the lovely Fitzpatrick Hotel located in Washington, Georgia. The Fitzpatrick was originally built in 1898 and was operated as a hotel until 1952 when it closed and remained closed for 50 years. The hotel was purchased in 2002 and restored by Jim Carter, Amit Mehta, Christy Todd, and Mike Todd. The hotel re-opened in 2004 and provides visitors the opportunity to experience history while enjoying modern conveniences and luxury. Make plans to come see us!
