| Introduction | I once was a miler. I ran 4:28 in high school (along with a 1:58 half-mile). But that was 33 years ago. I have run with minimal consistency and success since then, but I have always been a runner in my mind and in my heart. Now, I want to fulfill this dream of running a 5:28 mile and a 2:30 800, one minute behind my best in the 1600 and 32 seconds behind my best in the 800. The nice thing is, I'm still running and hopefully always will. |
