| Introduction | Welcome to the Blog of the RWYC Rowers, an integral part of the Royal Welsh Yacht Club in Caernarfon. We currently own 3 fibreglass constructed Celtic Longboats - Macsen, Elen and a yet to be named third longboat. Each longboat has space for 4 rowers, a cox and a passenger up front in the bow. Additionally, we have 2 smaller yoles which can be rigged for a single or 2 rowers. We conduct regular training 3 times a week on the waters of the Menai Straits and also have a busy competition calendar from Spring through to Autumn.
