Introduction	I am a Christian, a wife of one dear man since August 20, 1966, a mother of 2 sons and 1 daughter, I have 2 daughter's in law and I am a grandmother to 7 grandchildren with one more on the way. I am a retired school librarian, language arts teacher and guest care attendant at Laity Lodge, a Christian adult retreat center. With this blog I intend to follow the same command Jesus gave a man in Luke 8: 32 "...tell how much God has done for you." Why am I called Grandma Lee? My family of origin call me Lee. I think my older brother couldn't pronounce Linda when I was born but his attempt sounded something like LeeLee. Our mother thought that was cute so started calling me LeeLee and that eventually shortened to Lee for my parents and siblings and now my children and grandchildren. Our first grandchildren had maternal grandparents known to them as Grandpa T and Grandma T. So my husband and I decided we could be Grandpa JC and Grandma Lee to rhyme with the other grandparents of our first grandchildren. That is why they call me Grandma Lee.
