Introduction	Todd has turned his passion for helping people to achieve their optimal fitness and health into a rewarding career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. In March 2009 he opened the doors to CrossFit LifeSport in downtown Toledo. Todd is a former state champion power lifter, standout high school football player and collegiate rugby player Todd has been successfully helping clients to make positive life changes for several years. Two years ago Toledo 11 New and Mercy Health Partners started a yearly “WEIGH-IN TO WIN” program. Both years Todd successfully coached one of his clients to win the contest. Todd feels very fortunate to have a career where he can help people. He strives to help as many people as he can to improve their health, feel great and have fun doing it!
