| Introduction | Somehow or another I learned how to cook. Honestly I had no choice in the matter when I first moved in with my husband and his room mate back in 2005 it was either learn how to cook or eat nothing but junk food like pizza, hot pockets, pop tarts, peanut butter and jelly (which I despise lol) and anything else you can microwave or eat out of a bag. So I started to search the internet and found a bunch of stuff that looked easy yet good to make. As time went on I learned to really love cooking veggies and things made with them, so I started to experiment with some more recipes and here we are today. I am not a true vegetarian, but I do eat that way most of the time. It was my friends that keep encouraging me to start a blog so here we go. |
