IntroductionWhen I tried to remember my enthralling and endearing experiences of my childhood, it made me nostalgic. I think the passion for food habit had a beginning and the seed is sown in my early childhood itself. My family hails from a royal decent and my forefathers are erstwhile Zamindars of pre-independence. Maybe the reminiscent of the past are still enduring in my genes. My longing for best food continued through my growing age and years. My yarning for good food has increased day by day. While I was in job, I had the opportunity to visit various places on business assignments like Jaipur, Chandigarh, Pune, Ahmadabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Coimbatore, Goa, Salam, Cochin, Bhopal and etc. Through my reviews I opted to be informative & suggestive there by helping both the side of the coin (foodies & restaurateurs). According to me, reviews and criticism on food should guide and improve the food at the restaurant; and should be able to address the concerned issues. I feel a food critic is not the one who criticizes but the one who improvises the quality, consistency and efficiency of the chef.
