| Introduction | Have you ever looked through a fitness magazine or website and saw a list of fitness classes that you've never heard of (or maybe hear so much about) but wanted to take the plunge and try? Well this is exactly what I (and any of my friends I can drag along) set out to do. Whether I'm tackling a celebrity endorsed trendy class like Soul Cycle or a tried and true basic like spinning, I give you my regular old participant view of how often I felt like throwing in the towel and just how good that adrenaline rush felt at the end. I'm no trainer, doctor, or physical therapist. I'm just someone who thought it would be fun to never say no to something new. |
