Introduction	Redfish populations have made a remarkable comeback along most of the southern Atlantic and Gulf coasts since the 1980s. My current writing/fishing quest will examine the "state of the redfish" in each of the southern coastal states. I am fishing from North Carolina to Texas. This blog will provide glimpses into my journey as well as those who are working to protect our near shore fishing resources.
