Introduction	I have realised in the last 6-7 years of my life, I have not lived the here and now. I have reflected so much on the past it has become me. I believe I need to let go of some of this and here is where I may or may not do it. Nah there isnt a grammatical error in the title thats they way I want it! But there prob is a lot of spelling and grammar oopsies throughout.
