| Introduction | Women in Black Against War is a silent vigil held every Wednesday between 5:30pm and 6:30pm on the steps of the 42nd Street Library in New York City. We are not an organization, but rather women and men united in our belief that violence is an inhumane and unacceptable method of conflict resolution. Standing together are veterans and pacifists, clergy and atheists, people from all walks of life, and we invite you come and stand with us. |
