Introduction	My name is Olga Gonzalez, and I started decorating cakes earlier this year as means of keeping my youngest daughter busy for the summer. I signed us up for the Wilton Courses as a team. Of course having a tween, she grew bored and dumped me; but I stuck with it and fell in love with designing cakes. I have gotten where I am by trial and error and a lot prayers to the cake gods. Let me be clear I am not a cake lover; I don’t care for eating them I just like designing them, thank god for my husband, daughter, and coworkers who never tire of eating sweets. What started out as a hobby has turned in to a life of its own.
