| Introduction | Stiletto Racer is a self-made metaphor for one who adapts in discomfort and moves forward in style despite roadblocks, heel pains, and rough terrains. April 2012, I sprained my right ankle and the pain never went away. Up to today, occasional pain throbs through my bad ankle. Throwing my pumps is not the solution.
