Introduction	My name is Chelsea Ellsworth and this blog is going to be a record of my field work in Italy this summer of 2012. I'm living in Siena for about 3 months working to complete my anthropological study for my degree at BYU and for the first bit I'll be working as an intern at a local restaurant L'orto de pecci.
