| Introduction | I decided to set up this blog after posting on Mumsnet for several months, where my nickname is Olgaga. My background employment history is in national pay and conditions bargaining and employment casework, and industry-based journalism. I now mainly work on personal employment disputes, and undertake supplementary research and writing services. I've provided counselling, representation and practical advice over a wide range of personal issues for many years.
