| Introduction | My name is Ellie Freeman and as a graduate of University of Virginia, I am about to head to Bastyr University to study Holistic Nutrition. My big leap into the world of Natural Health Care took place my second year in school at University of Virginia. As a varsity swimmer, I cared more about what measures I should take to be fast instead of what I should be doing to instill sustainable health and nourishment into my life. As a result, I became very sick, slow and unhappy. I finally turned to Natural Medicine and after experiencing its potential to heal the body through whole foods and mind-body awareness, I am purely passionate spreading its healing touch to others. |
