| Introduction | The Goal is the BGR in June 2013, I have been taking part in fell races for some years and have only ever really been taking part or making up the numbers. I find it easier to run for longer distances rather than the fast flat out races. A Plodder who enjoys the fell, being surrounded by the hills and on my own, well most of the time! |
