Introduction	I am a 31 year old East Tennessean who put aside my PhD at UTK (again) to go on a deployment (again) with the U.S. Army. I am married and have a daughter.
Interests	Almost anything outdoors, including camping and hiking with my wifey, golf, baseball; but I also love the Discovery Channel! Survivorman is my hero!!!!
Favorite movies	Can't really say that I have favorites because I'm more of a critic than I am a fan. However, I've always been in love with James Bond, Indiana Jones, and anything comedy.
Favorite music	I really like acoustic music, which means that I don't really care about genre. I just want an acoustic guitar, piano and some drums.
Favorite books	Because I'm a research dork, I'm not very privvy to any particular book, but nonfiction is pretty much all I read. I read things that make me smarter and want to be a better person.
