Art Teaches US and World Geography and Pittsburgh History at CCAC-Allegheny Campus, where I have taught as PT permanent adjunct for over 10 years. I have also taught credit courses in US and Pittsburgh History at the University of Pittsburgh, Duquesne University and La Roche College. Prior to this taught con-ed courses in archaeology at CCAC - 1987-1993. Earned a BA in Anthropology - and a BA in History from University of Pittsburgh. A Masters Degree in Public History (mentor-Dr. Perry Blatz), from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh. Worked over 20 years as an archaeologist for the Univ. of Pitt. US Navy Veteran - Served two cruises in Western Pacific, Vietnam 1967-1968, coastal riverine operations and Korea, Jan-Feb, 1968. RR in Brisbane Australia, Home port Pearl Harbor, Hawaii and Long Beach California. Special landing force training Coronado, Calif, 1968. |
