| Introduction | I am Marnet and married to Riaan, my dear husband, and I love him a lot. I am a child of God, through Jesus Christ my Savior. I did my diploma in Theology and have a ministry called ‘Lidia’s for Jesus’. In this ministry I help women individually and in groups. At our monthly meetings we study the women of the Bible. Very interesting to see how many women there was that has the same problems we have, whether it be marriage, self esteem, children, etc. I started this blog as I would like to share a bit of my ministry and to keep a journal of my weight loss journey. I started my weight loss journey in Jan 2009, but only really took responsibility when I joined Weight Watchers in Feb 2009. I know one thing that to lose weight is not a diet and that’s it. If you want to make it last you have to make it a lifestyle. The only way I can make it a lifestyle is with my Lord, because He encourages me, and He forgive me my mistakes even when I don’t want to forgive myself. Thanks for visiting my blog.
