Introduction	My week Journal was created in 2010 as a means to write something positive, with humor, about my environment and self. There is so much information that does not give ‘joy’ or give others ways of looking at different points-of-views, Reading something, in the moment, can trigger an experience in another’s life. Sharing my experiences and weekly moments in 2010 encouraged a lot of my email readers to take notice of their moments through my words and images. We all learned from each other and year 2010 was a good journey for me to give a heart of joy, my style of writing with humorous words, from my side of the tracks
