| Introduction | Simon was the Academic Leader for Interior Design, Industrial design and the design element of Product Design Engineering in 2005. He is also a lecturer in Industrial Design and Interior Design, coordinating final year Research classes. Simon received his Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sculpture) from RMIT in 1986. He has also received BA and MA degrees in Art History from the University of Melbourne and received his PhD in Australian Design History from Monash University. Simon takes a leading role in the research and publication program of the National Institute for Design Research (NIDR) in the Faculty and has also exhibited his art works. |
