| Introduction | This year, Wendy celebrates 13 years in the insurance industry. Starting out as a carrier rep, she expanded her business in 2015 by providing a more holistic approach -- offering all pieces of the benefits equation … health, life, disability, supplemental, dental, vision, and so on. Before getting into the insurance industry with her parents, Wendy worked as an editor at the Houston Chronicle and then marketing director for Village Builders. She has been a very active member in her local community and chamber. She has served on several non-profit boards, including Shots for Holly and the Federation of Houston Professional Women Educational Foundation. She has proven her leadership ability within the Northwest Houston Business Professional Women organization, where she served as president and was honored with the prestigious Woman of Excellence award. Now, she focuses her volunteer efforts on the Vestry for St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church. |
