Introduction	I am a God-fearing wife, mother,daughter, sister, writer, mixtress, ingredient enthusiast, lover of my natural hair and my beautiful brown skin. I try to eat right, but often fall short (oh well, i'll get there). I love consistency, but am not afraid of change. My daily mantra is: "I am dynamic, full of energy, and passionate about what I do." I am a student of life and lessons learned. "I am Malcolm X" lol j/k.
