Introduction	~I am so happy to have an outlet to reach as many people as possible. If I'm not on the tennis court I'm usually filming a video to help others with diet and lifestyle choices. Most people want to change & live a healthier lifestyle but don't know where to start--I consult individuals & discuss short term goals, long term goals and concerns about their current diet and lifestyle. We then form a plan to get them on the right track!!~
