| Introduction | Is currently the National Head of Equality and Employment Rights for UCU. He lives in North London with my wife Naledi and two daughters. Prior to his current role Roger was the Head of the Universities Department in Natfhe. There, he delivered the highest ever membership levels in the union's history and jointly devised and drove the strategy for implementing the framework agreement in new universities. He led the successful campaign to stop London Metropolitan University's ruthless attempt to impose a new contract on NATFHE members. Roger became an authority on health service professional accountability and safe practice, writing a number of best selling handbooks on the subject. He is currently board member of the Higher Education Equality Challenge Unit. |
