| Introduction | I have spent my entire life in the kitchen from the time I was young and since my dad came home to tell me he got me a summer job, washing pots. It was over for me then, after I finished playing hockey, realizing I had the heart but not the talent, the kitchen just seemed like a natural transistion. I am now 45 and looking back over my career I have had some pretty amazing jobs and some pretty brutal ones as well. |
