| Introduction | Hello and welcome to my blog on knitting and Amigurumi My name is Kathleen but my friends call me Kat. I’m a mother a grand mother a friend , dog owner (I love cats too),a knitter and I enjoy amigurumi. I have been knitting most of my adult life , my grandmother bless her heart; was a knitting fiend who tried to teach me at the age of 8 ( key word tried), it wasn't until my twenties that I really found the joy in knitting and from then on it was full steam ahead. There have been short intervals of other hobbies in between and I always return to knitting. Amigurumi is newer to me, the whimsy of it is what I enjoy the most. I will touch on that later |
