Introduction	My Name is Bill K. Jarkloh. I am a Liberian journalist. I earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Liberia in Monrovia and am presently reading Peace-building & Conflict Transformation at the Kofi Annan Institute for Conflict Transformation (KAICT) of the University of Liberia . Born in Sinoe County County, Liberia on November 27, 1972, I edited several newspapers in Liberia and served the Embassy of Ghana accreditation near Monrovia as Executive Officer for Information for four years (2005 Jan -2009_April} and published the www.panwhanpen.com and the billkjarkloh.wordpress.com weblogs on the internet.
