Introduction Brittany's Goal: I just had a baby and I gained a total of 40 pounds during my pregnancy. I have already lost 20 lbs of that weight. I would like to be 10 pounds below my normal or "prepregnancy" weight. So, my goal is to lose 30 more lbs by Nov. 26, 2008 (the day before Thanksgiving). I will do this by: 1. Exercising daily (My apt. has a gym, so I will work out there and walks outside w/ Cade) 2. Kick boxing w/ Denise Auston when it's too hard to get out the house w/ Cade 3. Drink LOTS of water 4. Try to eat healthy foods and smaller portions 5. Not to eat too late at night.
