| Introduction | I'm a mom to two teens. My handsome, tender-hearted, 19 year old boy, Brandon, went to Heaven on 5/18/13 and I have a beautiful girl, as well. This is a blog about my journey through the grief of losing my beautiful 19 year old son, my daughter's only sibling. I'm hoping that I will see the other side of this crushing sadness and, when I do, I want to be able to look back and remember God's touch and, maybe, help someone else in the process.I used to love to tinker in Paint Shop Pro, creating beautiful things on the computer, but I'm not sure I'll ever get back into it. I love to read, though now it's mostly books on how to survive losing a child. There's so much I don't understand, but I am trying hard to trust that God will help me live in my new world with half of my heart. |
