| Introduction | While there are quite a few vegan/vegetarian food/event blogs, there aren't a whole lot catering specifically to the Inland Empire (i.e. the San Bernardino and Riverside counties of Southern California). As an "IE" vegan myself, I'm not always able to drive to LA or Orange County to get yummy vegan food, which is why I decided to start this blog. I've been discovering quite a few wonderful vegan or vegan-friendly restaurants in my area lately and want to share them with the locals who may not already know about them. Also, it should be known that while I will concentrate most of my blogs on local fare/events, I will, on occasion, feature food, restaurants, and events from outside the IE.
