Introduction	I decided to start this blog because I went through an long process of being diagnosed with a SLAP tear, and now have a FROZEN shoulder that just starting the thawing stage. Wanted to share alot of info I gathered along the way and see who else would like to tell us about their journey and any great tips and suggestions. I did not have surgery and don't plan on it. Most forums I've read, surgery was the predominant means of rehab.
