Cooking - I love concocting all sorts of ingredients together in the kitchen, Dancing with the girls, Sun bathing- although I don't do it enough, Yoga, Meditation really centers me, Connecting with my friends and family from around the globe, Traveling, Date Nights, Happy Hours with my peeps, BBQ's, Visualizing, Riding around in the Eos with the top down music blaring, Getting back rubs from my honey, Sharing great conversations over a nice glass of wine, and Working on getting Padma Coaching, Inc. in full swing... There is true evolution of consciousness sweeping this planet... we are awakening to our full potential; to who we truly are... through the most recent findings in neuroscience and quantum physics and beyond, we begin to see God's fingerprints in our lives and his message become ever more clear...
