Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Because when I was a kid, my mom would always tie my scarf on really tight in the winters before I went to school. I hated wearing a scarf and having my breath freeze to it, so as soon as I got old enough, I stopped wearing scarves altogether.
