| Introduction | I live in Ottawa with 3 cats. I am dealing with bipolar, and panic disorder but I have a great team to help me. I am in therapy and am currently being sponsored by my therapist in Coda which is a 12 step recovery program for codependents.... I see myself as sometimes intense but I have a cheesy sense of humour which helps keep me vibrant and happy, mostly... I don't blog a whole lot anymore but you can find me on twitter.
