| Introduction | I am a trained dancer who happily forgot about technique years ago! I enjoy movement from many cultural traditions and can be found dancing to hip hop, salsa, techno, or whatever great music I can find. I dance regularly with a Peterborough collective called Dance Your Bones, an ecstatic dance group that practices the Five Rhythms approach. We dance every Thursday evening at a local church.
